  • Individual Counseling

  • Couples/Marriage Counseling

Couples counseling, also known as marriage counseling, is a type of counseling for intimate partners. It involves exploration of any conflicts between the partners, is often short term, and focuses on specific problems. Other goals of couples counseling are to improve communication and interactions and to strengthen relationships.

  • Family Counseling

Family counseling, also known as family therapy, is a form of psychotherapy that helps families resolve and manage their problems. It is a collaborative effort between the counselor and the family and can be used to address a wide range of issues, such as communication problems, behavioral issues, and marital problems. During family counseling, the counselor will work with the family to identify the underlying issues that are causing the problems and help the family develop strategies to resolve these issues. Family counseling can be helpful for families who are struggling to cope with a difficult situation, such as a death or illness in the family, or for families who are experiencing relationship problems.
